Return and Exchange Policy

Return Request

♦ Please complete the Return Request Form within 7 days of receiving the product.

♦ All return requests must be made with the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that if the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging, we may not be able to accept your return request.

Return Procedure

♦ If the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility.

♦ Once your return request is confirmed, you may choose any logistics company (e.g., Kerry TJ or Yamato Transport) to return the product and send it to the following address:

Refund Process

♦ Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

♦ The payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds Without Return

♦ We cannot accept return or refund requests in the following situations: a) The accessory has been used, damaged, or lost. b) The accessory is not in its original packaging or the label is damaged. c) The product was not purchased on this website.

♦ Some specific products may have special return and refund policies, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
